Myth v. Fact: The Right Way to Exercise

Implementing exercise in your daily life is important, but it is also important to exercise the right way.  What many people believe as true facts about exercise are actually incorrect ones.  For example, only doing crunches to produce a flat stomach is not effective; to have a flat stomach, you will need to reduce body fat and then exercise with crunches.  In addition, many believe a hot bath will alleviate muscle soreness, but in fact, a cold bath will alleviate muscle soreness because it limits the buildup of lactic acid.  Before exercising again, take time to research the proper way to exercise and have an active lifestyle.
